Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name and email). We keep a sign-in log (time, IP address, browser) for security.

What you ask us to roast: ad copy, ad images, landing page URLs, company websites and buyer descriptions you submit, from the website, the API or Claude. We fetch the public landing pages and public ads named in a request.

Results: the roast reports we generate and the list of companies you have roasted.

Billing: plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

Claude connector: only the arguments Claude sends in each tool call (for example a landing page URL or a company website). We do not receive your Claude conversations, chat history, memory or files.

To run roasts and show you the results, to keep your account and plan working, to send sign-in links and service emails, to prevent abuse of the free tier, and to improve AdRoast. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Only with the services that run AdRoast, each for its own part of the job: Vercel (hosting), Upstash (account, session and report storage), Notion (report storage), Anthropic (AI analysis of the ad and landing page content you submit), Jina AI and Apify (fetching public web pages and ads), Stripe (payments), EmailJS and Loops (email), Google (sign-in) and Logo.dev (company logos only, no personal data). We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Most reports can be opened by anyone who has their link, so share report links only with people you want to see them. Public company boards on adroast.in show public ads only, never your account data.

Account data and reports: for as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete them. Website sessions expire after 90 days without use. Claude connector access tokens expire after 1 hour and refresh tokens after 90 days, or immediately when you disconnect and they are not refreshed. Sign-in logs keep the last 50 entries.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and reports, and you can withdraw the Claude connector at any time by removing it in Claude or regenerating your API key in My Account. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
